Previous History

Banks Commercial Construction, Inc. established in 2015. The owner, Richard Banks, was previously an owner / partner of Total Commercial Contracting & Development and completed many projects in and around San Antonio including new out buildings on the Landa Park Golf Course project, La Panaderia Bakery expansion, Arbolitos Nusery conversion to the new Pro Nails Supply store, and tenant finish out for Sharkey's Cuts for Kids - Culebra.

2017 - 2019 we completed tenant finish outs for Boost Mobile and Cricket Wireless in San Antonio and just completed another Sharkey's Cuts for Kids in the HEB store in New Braunfels.

Recently we completed a 10,000 SF tenant finish out for Tactical Laser Tag in San Antonio.

Previous experience as an estimator / project manger since 2005 building national restaurant chain locations for Chili's, Cheddars, IHOP, Buffalo Wild Wings, Ruby Tuesday, Church's Chicken and others in Texas and Oklahoma.

Background in commercial construction began in 1994 in the Rio Grand Valley working with various GCs as Supt. / Project Manager on School and Medical projects.
